This partner acrobatics class is appropriate for all levels:
- If you are brand new to acroyoga, this is the right place to get started! We’ll introduce you to the roles in acro, teach you the lingo, and get you started safely on your acro journey.
- Do you have an established practice? This is a great opportunity to refine the fundamentals, to practice your less common role, and to simply get more acro practice into your week.
You do not need to bring a partner: we've got cool people for you to work with! Just bring yourself and comfortable workout/yoga clothing. No need to bring a yoga mat.
